Oggi mi sono recata direttamente al centro assistenza Kamira. Devo dire che sono stati veloci nel sistemare la mia Kamira di quasi 12 anni, molto gentili e disponibili nel darmi diversi consigli. Uso Kamira da tanti anni e non la cambierei, fa un ottimo cappuccino!

Ho voluto fortemente conoscere Nino L'inventore della Kamira, mi ha mostrato come utilizzare per far un bel Kamiro Sono veramente felice e soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Complimenti La straconsiglio, anche a chi non piace il caffè del bar o della macchinetta. Buon Kamiro a tutti.

After a few "test coffees" I was able to make espresso coffee with an amazing taste!! Better than most of the espressos I have tasted over the years in coffee shops. When you find the right combination of coffee-water-heat you cannot go wrong. I ask the shop were I buy my coffee beans (Arabica mainly), to set the grinding machine, something around 3.7 to 4.0, I use the recommended by Kamira water quantity (although sometimes I put a little extra water as a personal preference) and a medium/high heat on my gas stove. The photos I include show two improvements I did. 1. I added a small piece of food grade silicon tube were the coffee comes out, so my cup does not get splashed by steaming coffee and 2. I cut out a round piece of plain high heat silicon as a little mat, so that my Kamira does not get scratched by coffee cups coming and going - because I love my Kamira and I am very happy to own one!

Ho acquistato Kamira per mia moglie che è amante e molto esigente del caffè espresso. Dopo avere provato molte macchine del caffè elettriche di marche famose mia moglie ritiene il caffè espresso di Kamira il migliore in assoluto, cremoso e buono come e più di quello del bar. Per questo ho deciso di regalare Kamira anche a mio cognato e anche lui è rimasto incredulo per il caffè davvero eccezionale. Provare per credere!! Complimenti agli inventori!
